The Projects page in an organization lists every project you can access. This includes both the projects you created yourself and those that have been shared with you.

What can you do here?

  • Browse projects: See all projects in your organization, whether you own them or were invited to collaborate.
  • Search: Quickly find a project by name.
  • Public or private: Some projects are public to the organization, while others are private and only visible to invited members.
  • Switch easily: Move between projects without leaving your organization workspace.
For a deeper look at what a project is and what it contains, see the Project concept.

Why it matters?

  • Keeps all your work organized in one place
  • Lets you join shared projects without creating duplicates
  • Makes collaboration across teams and external partners seamless

Usage limits

Free organizations have usage limits to keep resources fair and stable for everyone.
Free organizations include:
  • Up to 500 MB of storage for project data
  • Limited processing capacity, which may result in slower performance during heavy use
By comparison, Premium organizations include:
  • Up to 5 GB of storage
  • Higher processing capacity for faster performance and reliability
If you experience database issues during high traffic peaks, or if you simply need more capacity, you can reach out to support — we can often raise these limits to help your project run smoothly. These limits help ensure fair use and consistent performance across all users.
